Monday is Vinyasa Flow Yoga- In this active practice we will move through a series of poses using the breath as our guide. This class will be different each week and welcomes all experience levels incorporating cardio, strength and stretching.
Wednesday is Yin Yoga- Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga practice as you slow down, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity.
HIIT

This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts and core work designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and increase your overall strength. This is a training technique in which you give it your all through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short active rest periods in order to keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.
